The order

The conditions of sale apply to all orders placed online on the Royal Flor 3 website. Before the order confirmation, the customer is requested to inform himself about the general conditions of sale.

Products

The products on the website contain a description and a price including the applicable VAT. The delivery costs will be added thereafter.
The products delivered may differ depending on the season, the stock and the variety of flowers available. The pictures on the website serve as an example and are non contractual.

Agreement

When the order is placed, a confirmation is displayed with an order number and the customer will also receive the confirmation by e-mail.
The order implies acceptance of the customer’s general conditions of sale.
The customer undertakes to provide the correct contact details of the recipient as well as a telephone number for the successful delivery. In case of incorrect information when ordering, we are not responsible for the impossibility of delivery.
The payment on the website are guaranteed to be secure. The order is confirmed only after full payment of the order. In the case of a purchase by credit card, an authorization system is triggered, if there is rejection whatever the cause, this implies the abandonment of the order.
During major holidays: Valentine’s Day, 8th March, Mother’s Day, etc.
We cannot guarantee the time of delivery due to the large number of orders. We reserve the right to refuse the order if the area is not reachable. The pictures shown may differ from the product delivered during major holidays because the prices are higher during these periods.
The customer can cancel his order at most 1 day before delivery. If at the time of cancellation the florist has already started to produce the product (ordering specific flowers) or if costs have already been incurred, we will keep all or part of the price paid by the customer for this order as compensation for costs incurred.
An order already delivered cannot be canceled. If the customer requests a modification in the execution of the order (change of product, place of delivery, …) additional costs may be requested from him in the event that these changes require additional expenses.

Price

The prices shown on the website correspond to the product illustrated by the pictures. Prices are inclusive of tax (6% on flowers, 21% on accessories such as vases, cards, etc.).
The service and delivery costs in Belgium are € 10 in the Brussels region and in the rest of Belgian territory, an amount will be calculated based on the mileage. The delivered products can differ according to the season, the supply of the moment and the variety of flowers available. The pictures presented on the Royal Flor 3 site have an illustrative value and are not contractual.
The prices of the products mentioned are inclusive of VAT, all costs included, at the rate of VAT in force at the time of placing the order. The prices mentioned are those in force at the time of placing the order.

Payment

The payment methods available on the Royal Flor website are Bancontact, credit cards and Paypal.

Complaints

In the event of dissatisfaction or in the event of non-delivery, the customer must express his complaints to Royal Flor within 14 days by email to royalflor3@hotmail.com or by phone. The complaint concerning the product delivered must be, insofar as it is a perishable product, made at most within 7 (seven) days of delivery. Royal Flor undertakes to respect the rights of the consumer and to settle any disputes or complaints in the best interests of the customers.
